Trevor Hoskins, has over thirty years experience in senior management with Blue Chip companies, across the Office Products industry, the Automotive industry, the Electronics industry, and Metal Finishing Industry. He has held Operations Director and Managing Director position’s he has been responsible for profit and loss and budgetary control, He has been part of a Global team responsible for manufacturing and has worked in North America, South Africa, Japan and Portugal.


He has successfully introduced changes in culture and working practices and has been responsible for reorganisation to ensure the effectiveness of the businesses he has controlled and has been responsible for changing the direction of these companies to encompass Lean methodology, and team working through the introduction of cellular manufacturing. The consultant has also implemented performance improvement programmes, introduced change management initiatives as well as building Senior Management teams to implement these processes. He is technically astute and has been responsible for New Product Development together with procurement of major capital investment to procure tooling on a global scale.

He has also been responsible for the facilities management in two major companies.
